Position Overview:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and eager individual to join our team as an ERP Functional Consultant Intern. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their career in the field of ERP consulting. As an ERP Functional Consultant Intern, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship while assisting in various aspects of ERP implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand client business processes and requirements under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Assist in conducting business process analysis and mapping to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Support in configuring ERP systems to meet client requirements, including module setup and basic customizations.
- Participate in data migration, integration, and testing activities during ERP implementation projects.
- Shadow senior consultants during client meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting end-user training sessions.
- Provide general support and assistance to the consulting team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of business processes and concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn about ERP systems and consulting methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
