Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Odoo Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and customizing Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with our project managers, analysts, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business growth and success.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing Odoo modules and customizations based on client requirements.
  • Collaborating with project managers and analysts to gather and analyze client needs. 
  • Customizing and configuring existing Odoo modules to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Integrating Odoo with third-party applications and systems as needed.
  • Performing quality assurance and testing to ensure the reliability and performance of Odoo solutions.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo modules and applications.
  • Documenting technical specifications, processes, and best practices.
  • Staying updated with the latest Odoo features, developments, and industry trends. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development and customization.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL database management.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
